- Took my written driver's exam again today; I now have until Sept. 12 to take the road test. Cue Dad's being pushy and my trying to get comfortable.

- Parents saw an attorney; apparently, DHS had no legal standing to take Miranda in the first place, so if Tara and Miranda's father sign over their rights, she's ours. No foster care, no DHS involvement. In fact, he may not have to sign the papers, but he's been sent them, so either way, it'll only be a few days at most.

Sometimes it strikes me, rather suddenly, often in the midst of making a post of questionable content, that I have relatives on my f'list.

I laugh every time.

Anyway. I haven't stopped eating since I got my appetite back, which is really just me making up for having not eaten for a week.

We need more of this dip. Stat.

In case some of you from the outer circles missed the memo, I turned eighteen yesterday. Not feeling particularly eighteen, but I guess that comes with time, buying porn, and selling cigarettes to minors at ridiculously inflated prices. (I'm joking. About some of it.) Much ♥ to all of you who remembered. Extra ♥ for Julie, who bought me six months' paid account time and a rose, and Wifey, who bought me a bouquet of roses. The roses are on my profile. ♥

Gotta get some damn work done on my pot_exchange fic; I have an assload of scenes planned out. I need to write them already, and get everything strung together in the right order. Being sick has set me back, like, two weeks, which irritates me beyond reason.

Ah! Just read The Little Prince (by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry) yesterday, and I'm totally jonesing for a copy of it now. It's that good. Sean's been hounding me about birthday gifts, so I might ask him to buy me a copy. ♥ He just called. ^_____^ He says he'll be glad to order it for me. ♥~.

Daddy woke me up yesterday with the tracking order for my PC. Apparently, they ordered it while I wasn't looking. I have no problems with that; it was in Memphis at midnight last night, so it should be here tomorrow at the latest. Hopefully today. *_____* It comes with Vista installed, so I'm gonna install XP Pro and dual-boot it. 2GB of RAM and a 160GB harddrive, esagjfkhtrsj. I'm so happy~.

After I got up and prettied up, Mom and I went shopping. I bought a new shirt, three pairs of panties (! lacy little boyshorts. so cute), a SHEEP PLUSHIE OMG, a beanie, some incense, body spray, aaaaand some gum. :D Yay.

I think that's all, mostly. My Niou and Kirihara muses have acquired screennames recently, though (touch my marotte and xoxo akamonster, respectively). Damn Rikkai muses.

Anyway. I'm gonna scamper off and... do shit. ♥
